Frustrated, confused and fed up are the words that best describe how I used to feel about my body.
I was chubby in my late teens and early twenties.
And despite doing what I thought were all the right things, like eating "healthy" and doing loads of exercise, my weight refused to budge which left me feeling flabby and low on confidence.
Naturally this annoyed the heck out of me!
A number of years later I managed to work the weight off body but it took superhuman efforts and left me feeling drained.
In my early thirties I trained for 14-18 hours per week to compete in Ironman triathlons.
Sure, it made me lean and very fit, I even qualified for the Ironman 70.3 world championships, but I was exhausted and felt too fatigued to enjoy life.
It was no way to live and certainly wasn’t healthy.
What I really wanted was to be in shape but not have to spend crazy amounts of time exercising so that I could enjoy other, important things in life.
Im pleased to say that I eventually found what I needed to lose body fat and keep it off for good without living in the gym or giving up my favourite foods.
Once I stated focusing on the right things and stopped falling for the nutrition non-sense I used to read in magazines I discovered that geting and staying in shape was actually pretty easy!
There is absolutely no need for you, or anyone else, to feel flabby, frustrated or run down.
Furthermore, you dont need to follow a regimented hardcore exercise regime or extreme diet fad to lose those extra pounds and get the leaner, firmer body you're dreaming of.
Losing weight and keeping it off forever does not need to be a miserable, confusing or frustrating process!
