Frustrating and tiring are probably the best words  to describe my ineffective fat loss journey that spanned several years.


My goal is to help you avoid the frustration, struggle, and over the top sacrifices that accompany so many weight loss plans.

It may have taken me a while but I have learned (all be it the hard way!) exactly what it takes to achieve, and more importantly maintain, a lean, fit and healthy body without enduring unnecessary sacrifices or relapses.  


Having suffered with a "chubby" physique in my late teens and early twenties, I understand how frustrating and confusing it feels to live in a body you don't like.


I thought I was doing all the right things, but despite lots of exercise and keeping an eye on my diet, my weight refused to budge, which annoyed the heck out of me!

A number of years later I worked my way into great shape but it took a superhuman level of effort and completely drained me.


In my early thirties I was training between 14-18 hours per week to compete in Ironman triathlons. Sure, it made me lean and very fit, I even qualified for the Ironman 70.3 world championships, but I was exhausted and felt too fatigued to enjoy life. 


It was no way to live and certainly wasn’t healthy. 

Now (Im pleased to say!) staying in good shape actually feels easy! I'm enjoy great health, low level body fat and excellent all round fitness, all whilst eating foods I enjoy, spending way less time in the gym, and having tons of extra time and energy to live life! 


There is absolutely no need for me, you, or anyone else to struggle with a flabby physique, low energy or poor health. Furthermore, following a regimented hardcore exercise regime or diet fad is unnecessary for success. 


Im proof that getting into shape does not need to be a miserable, confusing, frustrating or unsuccessful process, and if I can do it I'm certain you can too!
